Bartram Park Community Newsletter
Real Estate Market Update – Lets talk about the market in Bartram Park. Mattamy Homes in Bartram Park Preserve has just set up the last remaining home sites to be built out. This means that they will no longer be selling ANY “built to suit” homes in the community. Despite a VERY low inventory of town homes and condos, prices have stagnated in the community over the last few months and are expected to stay around the same in 2019, as our previously “HOT” Real Estate Market stabilizes. Townhouses and condos are selling very fast for the most part, as long as they are priced realistically. Lennar Homes has also started selling new villas in Montevilla, starting at $239,900. All plans have 2 car garages and are under 300K. New models are expected to open in February or March. Final close prices / incentives from phase 1 invetory are VERY good right now. Contact us or visit the Montevilla page on the website for details. As always, we offer an EXCLUSIVE minimum 1% rebate on ANY new construction home with ANY builder in ANY community. Go here or call (904)635-8822. Wondering what has sold recently in Bartram Park? Go here to view ALL recently sold properties.
