Bartram Park Community Garage Sale THIS Saturday – The first Bartram Park Community Wide Garage Sale is THIS SATURDAY May 18th from 8-12. ***Please share the Facebook Event Page right away to help us get the word out some. Residents participating can come by LinkUp Realty 13241 Bartram Park Blvd Suite 2005 at ANYTIME to pick up a sign and list / map of participating homes. They will be out front on a table. Also from 7-10 on Saturday, meet us at the front of the Bartram Office Condos at 13241 Bartram Park Blvd for complimentary coffee and breakfast and pick up a map with the address of all of the participating homes that registered in advance! We are expecting participation from 150-200 families!

Bartram Park La Nopalera Meet Up – MEET THE NEIGHBORS! Join your neighbors in Bartram Park This Thursday, May 16th from 6-8 at La Nopalera for some good food, drinks and fellowship (at your expense!)! My team and I will be there and are looking forward to meeting everyone in the community face to face. This is open to anyone and everyone in the Bartram Park area. Five Below Grand Opening- June 14th 2019 is the grand opening of Five Below in the Pavilion at Durbin Park!

New School Coming To Our Area?- We have been updated on the recent SAC meeting and the possibility of a new K-8 school in our area. Due to feed back from the online surveys it was brought to the school boards attention exactly how far our closest middle school is to Bartram Springs, and the projected growth rate of our surrounding areas, resulted in amending the previous proposal of a k-5 school and now proposed k-8.
