Management Companies added to website – We have recently added ALL management company contact info for each subdivision in Bartram Park to the www.BartramPark.com website. Some homeowners associations have added their presidents contact email as well. Bartram Park City Council Meeting – District 11 City Council Member Danny Becton is holding a town hall for the southern part of the District to engage residents on specific issues to focusing on issues important to the area including Bartram Springs, Bartram Park, Flagler Center and Bayard. CM Becton will also be providing an annual report update on past City Council activities and the recently passed 2017-18 budget among other topics including growth related activities within the District. A question and answer period will follow, presentations.

Thanksgiving gift baskets for families in need – MissionWay Church and TMM Cares are partnering to put together bags of Thanksgiving food items for local families facing hardships this year. If you are interested in registering to pick up a “basket” for your family, please RSVP to Jamie by Nov. 10: [email protected] or 904-312-2333. Include your first/last name and how many adults/children are in your family. Pick up for the baskets will be on Sunday, Nov. 19, 3pm at MissionWay Church, 14985 Old St. A­ugustine Rd. (next to Rebounderz).

MANY New Shops & Restaurants Coming – There are several new shops that have been announced as coming to the area soon. Construction on the new large scale development at the intersection of Racetrack Rd and Bartram Park Blvd is well underway, with major outlets including Walmart, Bass Pro Shop, Home Depot, Chik-Fil-A and a Junior’s Seafood Restaurant & Grill already signed up.

On the other side of Racetrack Rd, The plans were just released for the new large strip mall on Bartram Park Blvd right at the corner of Racetrack. Rumor has it, that the 43,000 SqFt grocery store will be another Publix. Plans were also announced for another gas station at this location as well.

Pet Paradise will soon start construction on a $3.2 million building in the Bartram Park area, according to a recently filed building permit. The two-story 14,675-square-foot facility will be built by Jacksonville-based Sauer Inc. at 14076 Walden Springs Way at the corner of Philips Highway and Nocatee Parkway. The building will be built on two acres.

In addition, more shops are planned to open on the other end of the community. Dairy Queen also is headed to the Bartram Park area. Construction is also well under way at 13966 Village Lake Circle in Bartram Village. It will occupy a 3,290-square-foot building that would be developed on almost 1.7 acres Behind Dunkin Donuts. Also, First Watch Daytime Cafe is nearly completed as a stand alone in front of Tijuana Flats and will open any time now. La Nopalera is going into the old Daruma restaurant. Mod Pizza is also coming soon to Bartram Village as well.

Real Estate Market Update – The market is very hot right now for town homes, and most are selling within a week if they are priced correctly. If anyone is thinking about selling in ANY subdivision in Bartram Park, we have buyers. We need listings. We also have multiple buyers looking and waiting for downstairs condo units in both Williams Walk and Twinleaf. You may be surprised how much your property has increased in value recently, and we can also save you a good bit in listing fees as well!
